The dust removal efficiency of a bag filter is inseparable from its principle of ash removal. When the smoke and dust body enters the bin through the baffle plate and enters the bin under the lower side of the dust removal device, the coarse particles will fall into the silo due to the impact of the baffle plate and the reduction of the steam rate, and other fine particles will enter the dust bag room with the steam as the steam comes out of the bag. The method of purifying gas of bottom pressure single pulse bag filter is external filter type. The smoke and dust vapor body enters into each module's mistake chamber from the baffle tube. The filtered clean gas is discharged through the upper box and exhaust duct through the filter bag.
The dust bag is compressed by air to carry out the ash removal from the gas producer. The ash removal structure is made up of air bag, spray boiler blowpipe and electromagnetic pulse regulating valve. There is a blowpipe boiler on the top assembly line of every dedusting cloth bag inlet and outlet in the room. The lower side of the spraying boiler tube is blowing the blowhole on the bottom of the dust bag management center, and there are 1 pulse electromagnetic valves and air pressure on each boiler blowpipe. When cleaning, the solenoid valve opens the pulse valve, and the compressed air is sprayed by the dust cleaning control device (differential pressure or timing, manual control) to open the electromagnetic pulse injection according to the set procedure. The compressed gas is induced into the filter bag by the nozzles on the injection tube through each pulse valve in a very short time sequence, forming air wave, which causes the filter bag to be generated from the bag mouth to the bottom. Rapid expansion and shock vibration, resulting in a strong dust removal effect, shake off the dust on the filter bag. 
(1) ash removal efficiency is usually about 99%, and the concentration of smoke and dust in the inlet and outlet of the dust removal equipment is less than 10 mg/m3, which has a high grade classification efficiency for sub micron m fine dust.
(2) The range of air handling capacity is wide, the small number of M3 is only 1 minute, and the large one can reach tens of thousands of m3 in one minute. It can be used for flue gas dust removal of industrial furnaces and kilns to reduce the emission of atmospheric pollutants.

(4) On the premise of ensuring the same high ash removal efficiency, the cost of the project is less than that of the electrostatic precipitator.
_When glass fibre, ptfe, P84 and other heat-resistant filter materials are selected, they can operate under the high temperature standard of about 200 C.
