Cloth bag filter is the principle equipment of this dry test dust collector. It is suitable for collecting fine, dry and non-chemical fibre dust. Cloth bag is made of filter cloth of textile press or felt of textile. It uses the over-consideration effect of fibre material to over-consider the smoke and dust vapor. When the smoke and dust vapor enters the bag filter, the smoke and dust with large particle size and specific gravity contain relatively small dust. When the gas passes through the filter material, the dust is blocked and the gas is purified.
The high dust removal efficiency of bag filter is inseparable from its dust removal mechanism.When dust-containing gas enters the hopper through the lower intake pipe of the dust collector through the guide plate,coarse dust will fall into the hopper due to the impact of the guide plate and the reduction of gas velocity.The remaining fine dust will enter the bag chamber with the gas,due to the inertia,diffusion,barrier,hooking and quietness of the filter material fibers and fabrics. Electric and other functions, dust is blocked in the filter bag, the purified gas escapes out of the bag and is discharged through the exhaust pipe.
The dust deposited on the bag can be removed by steam reverse washing method, and the dust removed is put into the silo and discharged into the dust conveying equipment by two-layer star unloader. The dust deposited on the bag can also be removed by single pulse cyclone of the gas generator, and then the dust removed is discharged by the dust conveying equipment beyond the purpose of dust removal. The high dust removal efficiency of the bag filter is also inseparable from the filter material. The performance and quality of filter material are directly related to the performance and service life of bag filter, and the filter material is the main material for making filter bag. Its performance and quality are to promote the technological progress of bag filter and affect its application scope and service life.
Over-consideration dust removal equipment includes bag dust collector and particulate layer dust removal equipment. The former one is a dust removal bag made of organic fibers or inorganic fibers, while the latter one is composed of particulate matter with different particle sizes, such as quartz sand, River sand, ceramics sand, fly ash, etc. The resistance value of the dust remover also increases; the pulse valve diaphragm sends out a command, when the left and right submergence, the pulse valve is opened, and the compressed air in the high-pressure air bag is connected. If there is no dust or it is small to a certain extent, the mechanical dust removal will stop working.
The method of purifying gas of bottom pressure single pulse bag filter is external filter type. The smoke and dust vapor body enters into each module's mistake chamber from the baffle tube. Because in the design scheme, there are sufficient and effective cyclones which flow into the whole area according to the appropriate baffle and nature, and the indoor air quality is more uniform than that of all over consideration. Particle dust in the dusty gas is deposited naturally. After descending and separating, the dust falls directly into the ash hopper, and the rest of the dust enters the filter area of the middle box with the air flow guided by the diversion system, and adsorbs on the outside surface of the filter bag. The filtered clean gas is discharged through the upper box and the exhaust duct through the filter bag.
Air compression is used to carry out the dust removal of gas producer. The dust removal organization is composed of air bag, blower pipe of spraying boiler and electromagnetic pulse pressure regulating valve. Considering that there is a blower nozzle at the top of the assembly line of each row of dust removal bag entrance and exit in the room, the lower side of the blower pipe of spraying boiler is directly opposite to the blower bag management center, and there is a pulse electromagnetic valve on each blower pipe of spraying boiler and air pressure. When the air compressor is exchanged with each other for ash cleaning, the solenoid valve opens the pulse valve, and the compressed air is sprayed by the dust cleaning control device (differential pressure or timing, manual control) to open the electromagnetic pulse injection according to the set procedure. The compressed gas is induced into the filter bag in a very short time sequence through the nozzles on the injection tube of each pulse valve, and the air wave is formed, which causes the filter bag to be urgent from the bag mouth to the bottom.
