According to the national standard of "Classification and Specification Performance Representation Method of Cloth Bag Duster", cloth bag duster can be divided into five categories. Cleaning method is the main symbol of classification of cloth bag duster:
(1) Mechanical Vibration
Bag filters with mechanical devices (including manual, electromagnetic or pneumatic devices) are equipped with non-compartment structure suitable for clearance operation and compartment structure suitable for continuous operation.
(2) Chamber Back Blow Category
The filter bag filter is forced to shrink or bulge under the action of reverse air flow, and the dust is cleaned by using a compartment structure and a valve to switch the air flow one by one.
(3) Nozzle Back Blowing
Back-blown airflow is provided by high-pressure fan or compressor. Back-blown airflow is carried out by moving nozzle, which makes the filter bag deform and shake and penetrate the filter material, and dust-cleaning bag dust collector (all of them are non-compartment structure).
(4) Combination of Vibration and Back Blowing
Mechanical vibration (including electromagnetic vibration or pneumatic vibration) and back-blowing bag filter (both chamber structures) are used for dust removal.
(5) Pulse injection
Compressed air is used as the power of dust removal, compressed air is released in the instant by the pulse injection mechanism, and secondary air is induced several times to inject into the filter bag at high speed, which makes the filter bag swell sharply.
